Seeing Out Loud
Nothing here is finished. Neither are we. Every piece shown is an act of courage — the courage to let process be visible.
Electric Ocean
Latex & Acrylic on Canvas
"When I'm dancing, things are shifting — as if I actually had telekinetic powers. This painting is what would be happening to the environment around me as I dance. Waters spinning. Rocks flying. Earth, wind, moving. It reminds me of what it feels like to be fully alive in a body — the energy that has nowhere to go but outward."
Symposium of Creation
Oil on Canvas
"This is God creating the universe — a symphony of stars and music and action and colors while everything is coming together and being composed. A figure stands in the center of everything erupting around them. Every brushstroke is simultaneous — like the moment before anything has a name but everything already exists."
Study in Violet, Unnamed
Acrylic on Canvas
Something about the color violet — it holds both grief and joy simultaneously. Working through what that means structurally.
Portrait of Something Unnamed
Charcoal & Graphite on Paper
A face that keeps changing every time I try to fix it. I think it's trying to be multiple people at once. Maybe that's the point.
The Body That Dances Alone
Mixed Media
Trying to paint what it feels like to unmask. Not performing. Just moving. Still figuring out what color that is.
More works being added. Process is the point.
Everything shown here is alive, not finished.
